We are seeking a highly skilled Playwright Engineer with strong, hands‑on experience in Service Now’s Automated Test Framework (ATF),

. This role requires someone who prioritizes product quality, leads by example, and inspires the team to adopt best‑in‑class engineering and testing practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, meticulous in execution, and capable of owning end‑to‑end quality efforts within Service Now GRC environments.

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for Service Now GRC modules using ATF and Playwright
  .
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks, ensuring scalability, stability, and reusability.

• Perform functional
  , regression
  , and integration testing across Service Now modules.
• Analyze test execution results and document defects with detailed, actionable insights.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Work closely with developers, product owners, QA engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust test scenarios.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, refinement, standups, and retrospectives.

• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions

• Drive continuous improvement by recommending and implementing best practices in automation, testing, and engineering workflows.
• Coach and motivate the broader team to deliver reliable, high‑quality applications.

• 5 years of experience in automation engineering or quality engineering roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proven expertise with Playwright for end‑to‑end automation.
• Experience integrating automation into Git Hub Actions pipelines.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and SDLC/Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and defect-reporting skills.
