Revit Structural Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Structural Designer for assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. The selected candidate will be part of a fast‑paced team focused on designing Advanced Facilities such as semiconductor manufacturing plants, data centers, and similar state of the art manufacturing facilities.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

This position requires experience with Revit

This position can work a Hybrid schedule in Phoenix

• Develop 3D structural models based on verbal instructions or rough sketches.
• Produce complete sets of structural plans and details.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of own work.
• Coordinate design efforts with related disciplines.
• Review models and documents for quality and compliance.
• Provide leadership for small packages and guide a small team of designers.
• Coordinate team tasks, balance workloads, monitor progress to ensure deadlines are obtained and ensure quality standards including clash adjudicated design.
• Take ownership of internal reviews and lead cross-discipline and external package reviews.
• Attend meetings and actively help resolve concerns and solve problems.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years drafting/design experience in the Structural field.
• 2+ years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam is highly preferred.
