Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a Transmission and Distribution Construction estimator. The Transmission and Distribution Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed labor and material cost estimates for utility infrastructure projects. This role involves responding to RFPs and RFQs, attending pre-bid meetings and site visits, coordinating with project management and purchasing, and supporting the estimating team throughout the bid process.

The estimator also maintains bid logs, develops client relationships, evaluates constructability through field walk-downs, and assists with change orders and cost tracking during project execution. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel are essential.
