About the RoleWe are a top engineering firm specializing in large‑scale heavy civil and highway construction. The Project Engineer will lead planning, execution, and close‑out of major infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.

- Plan and oversee project execution: material procurement, schedule maintenance, and engineering staff mentoring.
- Coordinate project close‑out: documentation review, warranty tracking, and final payment processing.
- Maintain project schedule and costing system; assist with schedule preparation and maintenance.
- Control project costs: inventory monitoring, equipment and labor productivity tracking.
- Manage drawing, specification, and change requests; enforce document control and change administration.
- Administer subcontractor work: scope definition, sub‑contract drafting, progress monitoring, and back‑charge processing.
- Prepare and track progress claims and estimates.
- CMAR project management
- Wet utilities construction
- Project document control
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
