A well-established civil engineering consultancy in Arizona is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead land development projects. This role is key in managing project life cycles, ensuring client satisfaction, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, and contracts.
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, encouraging professional growth.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance throughout all project phases.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in land development projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona, or ability to obtain within 3 months.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
