MLOps Engineer (Robotics)

We are searching for an experienced MLOps engineer to join a cutting-edge robotics firm in Phoenix, AZ. In this role you will help design and create the MLOps infrastructure from an early stage for novel robotics and robotic navigation applications. This is an on‑site position, Phoenix, AZ.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ML pipelines, CI/CD pipelines, and data management systems.
• Implement model versioning, monitoring, testing, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate closely with the robotics and computer perception/vision teams (cameras, LiDAR, etc.).
• Hands‑on implementation (80%) and teamwork/communication (20%).

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Dev Ops, or MLOps.
• Experience building robust, scalable ML pipelines.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kubeflow/MLflow.
• Programming knowledge in C++ and Python.
• Experience with model serving frameworks such as Tensor
  
  RT, ONNX Runtime, or Torch Serve.
• Monitoring and logging experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior startup or robotics experience.
