Job Title:

Civil/Structural Engineer

• Oversee the planning and execution of projects, including budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Design, develop, and review technical building and infrastructure plans and drawings.
• Supervise the on-site team, ensuring design and build concepts are followed.
• Ensure proper maintenance and servicing schedules for the infrastructure.
• Work with the project team to foresee and avoid potential obstacles during construction or planning phases.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Provide project reports to executives and suggest cost-reducing procedures.
• Identify risk elements and determine mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with the Civil Engineer of Record (EOR) regarding government agencies and permitting/inspection requirements.
• Ensure projects comply with laws and regulations.
• Analyze and solve technical and administrative issues.

• B.S. or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
• 3+ years of in-depth understanding and practical experience with international building regulations and construction sequences.
• Experience in designing, building, and overseeing building projects.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, including land development, design, and construction.
• Experience managing large construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.

• Experience with traffic engineering and flood control.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and supervise construction activities on-site.
• Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize time and workload efficiently.

This role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with a Monday to Friday schedule. The position requires on-site presence at our Phoenix facility and involves collaborative work with government agencies, engineering firms, and construction companies.
