As an FAA Assembly Test Technician at PDS Tech Commercial
, you will play a vital role in supporting our Aerospace business unit in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll conduct tests and evaluations on propulsion systems and components, contributing to advancements in aviation technology. • Train with experienced technicians to conduct tests on aircraft propulsion, APU, or gearbox systems and components
• Learn to analyze test data and provide recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and assembly teams to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with test equipment, data analysis, and mechanical tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Competitive Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
• Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
• Bonus Program: Up to $3,000 with updated payout structure:
  • $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
  • $1,000 at 60 days
  • $1,000 at 90 days (must have received 14-day bonus)

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
