A leading data center services provider is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to support project deployments across various US locations. The role involves managing cost and schedule analysis, generating Capital Expenditure Proformas, and preparing project estimates for new site developments. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of related experience, particularly in data center or MEP estimating.

Strong knowledge of engineering scopes and cost estimating software is essential. Competitive salary range of $160,000 - $175,000 plus bonuses is offered.
