Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy civil water projects
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimates
Review project budgets and identify areas for cost savings
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information for estimates
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating heavy civil water projects
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
