A nationally recognized consulting engineering firm is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer/Project Manager to support and lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical projects that improve water reliability, wastewater systems, and long-term community resilience throughout the Southwest.

• Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and construction.
• Oversee the design of:
  • Water transmission and distribution pipelines
  • Wastewater collection systems
  • Pump stations
  • Reservoirs and storage facilities
  • Rehabilitation and improvement projects
• Prepare engineering reports, technical memoranda, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality standards.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate and manage subconsultants.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with municipalities, utilities, and public agencies.
• Serve as a technical leader within the organization and industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects through planning, design, and construction.
• Background in one or more of the following:
  • Water treatment facilities
  • Wastewater treatment facilities
  • Water transmission and distribution systems
  • Wastewater collection systems
  • Pump stations
  • Pipeline rehabilitation projects
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Extensive design and construction phase experience.
