Fitness Counselor – 2‑Week Posting

Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Engage potential members, answer questions, and guide them toward their fitness goals.
• Maintain member engagement and conduct follow‑ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Support team members in building and maintaining equipment safety.
• Handle membership sales, billing, and product knowledge for club and individual services.
• Provide customer service, resolve problems, and act as a product information hub.
• Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Ownership of results, adaptability, and strong communication.
• Team player, organized, and capable of multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service mentality and phone etiquette.
• Comfortable with technology and able to shift focus quickly.
• Background check required; must pass.
• Schedule:
  
  20 hours a week, every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Hourly position with potential annual earnings of $32,000—$62,000 USD. Variable income opportunities include commission. Tenure pay is eligible for full‑time and part‑time employees.
