Senior Event Sales Manager – Hybrid

- Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
- Learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options, and clearly communicate them to clients across multiple venues.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and help the team achieve theirs.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to energize the team, lead daily meetings and virtual offices, and drive revenue to new heights.
- Plan events, coordinate all details until the day of the party, and manage client relationships before, during, and after events to ensure repeat business.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy event seasons.
- Stay connected with the team on camera during virtual meetings to champion company culture.
You’re a stellar sales professional with years of management and sales experience, adept at problem‑solving and embracing feedback to grow. You thrive on friendly competition, achieve your KPIs, support the team, and deliver exceptional guest service. Your interpersonal skills turn ordinary events into epic celebrations people will talk about long after the party ends.
Desired Skills- 3+ years in sales (event sales and multi‑unit experience a plus)
- 1+ year in management
- Experience using a CRM
- Proficiency in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Feedback‑driven
- Data‑centric
- Excellent time management and organization
- Adaptability
- Leadership skills (ability to inspire, motivate, and help lead a team)

- Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 30–50 Mbps download and 10–20 Mbps upload)
- Ability to travel for company‑paid trips to the office once per quarter

Compensation & BenefitsThe salary for this position is $75,000 annually plus a 1%-3% commission. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
