Lead Passenger Assistant – ABM Industries

The Lead Passenger Assistant leads a team of Wheelchair Agents and assists passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. The role ensures productivity levels and customer service requirements are met while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards set by ABM, its clients, and authorities.

Pay rate: $18.00
Various shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer Service Experience.
• One year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must meet all requirements to obtain the required airport SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive employer, employee, and customer relationships and interactions.
• Ensures all call‑offs are covered.
• Communicates with client representatives frequently regarding operations.
• Maintains daily shift reports for managers.
• Coordinates with other Duty Managers/Supervisors to optimize staffing levels.
• Effectively coaches employees.
• Works with the Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.
• Sets a positive, professional example for the workforce.
• Ensures employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by ABM, its clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
