• Assist AHCCCS Providers in processing their applications and answering questions regarding eligibility
• Conduct site visits to evaluate compliance with CMS Medicaid facility requirements
• Determine eligibility of Providers based on CMS guidelines and conduct risk assessments
• Act as an AMS Team Lead on projects, presenting statistics and suggesting process improvements
• Provide training and mentorship to new staff members

• Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in a multi-functional customer service environment
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs and eligibility determination processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer systems including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Experience in medical eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, or claims customer service
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Arizona Driver's License
