For over 35 years, Activ Stars Athletics has been inspiring kids through engaging after-school martial arts classes. We're now seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant office team in North Scottsdale, just north of West World. If you're looking for a rewarding and enjoyable position, this is the opportunity for you!

• Full-time: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Permanent Position)
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional Event Weekends (5-6 times a year)
• Starting pay: $16/hour

• Providing exceptional customer service for incoming phone calls.
• Answering online chat messages.
• Responding to or forwarding general email inquiries.
• Greeting walk-in customers and processing store orders.
• Assisting in pulling and packing event items and merchandise.
• Performing general office duties such as filing and copying.

While we value experience, we also believe in giving everyone a chance to shine. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal screening (safety is our priority).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs is a plus.
