We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing private equity firm in Phoenix. This role will support the company with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across multiple entities and work on a hybrid work schedule.

• Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in compliance with GAAP.
• Assist with consolidations and reporting for multiple entities and investment structures.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording.
• Support audit and tax preparation by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• $70,000-$80,000 DOE
