What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full client lifecycle, onboarding new relationships and setting up treasury management products.
• Provide training and expert guidance on Treasury Management solutions and advise on bank products that best support client needs.
• Meet service‑level customer‑service standards including turnaround time, risk management, regulatory compliance, productivity and efficiency.
• Support clients with troubleshooting and escalation of issues, ensuring accurate and properly maintained documentation.
• Work on projects focused on improving client experience and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Finance (GL Management, Public Reporting, Analysis), Financial Analysis or similar field.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Entry‑level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and other commercial banking products.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
