Pearl Capital Management is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to support an established book of high‑net‑worth clients in a dedicated servicing role. This position is ideal for an advisor who loves financial planning and client relationships—without the pressure of business development.

This is a part‑time, hybrid role. In‑person training is required during the first year, with the option to transition to remote flexibility afterward.

• Support a Senior Wealth Advisor with client meetings, case design, and plan execution
• Deliver proactive, high‑touch financial planning and client service
• Assist with retirement planning, tax‑aware strategies, investments, and estate considerations
• Maintain accurate client records and planning data in the CRM
• Monitor portfolios and coordinate with our investment team
• Help ensure a smooth, elevated client experience across all touchpoints

• 5+ years of advisory or financial planning experience
• Strong foundation in investments, planning strategies, and retirement analysis
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills
• Comfort working in a collaborative, detail‑oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• CFP® or CFA® preferred (or progress toward certification)
