This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Treasury Manager to join a publicly traded renewable energy manufacturing company. As the Treasury Manager, you will oversee core treasury functions, ensuring effective liquidity management, risk oversight, and compliance within a dynamic global environment. You’ll drive process enhancements, support cash optimization initiatives, and foster strong relationships with banking and insurance partners to maintain the company’s financial stability and operational flexibility.

• Manage day-to-day cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and short-term funding needs
• Maintain and strengthen global banking partnerships and oversee insurance-related activities
• Develop and refine treasury policies while ensuring adherence to SOX requirements and regulatory standards
• Contribute to risk mitigation strategies, including foreign currency oversight and hedging programs
• Lead enhancements to treasury systems, tools, and reporting processes
• Coordinate with internal teams on audit activities, financial reporting, and SEC-related requirements
• Provide guidance and support to treasury team members while collaborating effectively across departments

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CTP is a plus
• 7+ years of treasury experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong background in liquidity planning, treasury operations, compliance, and insurance risk management
• Experience working within a publicly traded company (SOX/SEC exposure required)
• Familiarity with global treasury environments
• Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum) and ERP platforms
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, growth-oriented organization
