Job Overview

Seasonal Tax Manager – Private Client Services – Remote (U.S. Only). Join EY’s Private Client Services practice to serve privately held companies, high‑growth private firms, and private equity‑owned businesses with complex tax planning and compliance projects.

• Review complex individual tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Plan income tax for high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Handle partnership and S‑Corp tax compliance for private tax clients.
• Provide technical research, writing, and analysis to translate complex data into client‑ready insights.
• Work remotely from within the United States with no travel required.

• Strategic mind for prioritizing multiple complex projects.
• Influencing skills and curiosity to question existing processes.
• Proficiency in technical writing and research in a tax context.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and high‑quality completion.
• Knowledge of high‑net‑worth and partnership tax compliance.
• Experience with federal and state personal, trust, and estate tax issues.
• Comfort working remotely in a virtual team environment.

• Valid U.S. CPA license or active state bar membership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant tax compliance experience for private clients.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

• Record of excellence in tax accounting for financial statements at a top or mid‑tier firm.
