This is a hybrid role with regular work inside and outside the Tempe office. The position is a partnership between Silicon Valley Bank and First Citizens, leveraging a 125-year tradition of service and a diversified financial institution.

A Relationship Advisor I (RA) supports in-market RAs by performing onboarding and maintenance tasks for Venture Capital and Private Equity clients, ensuring high-touch service.

• Client Onboarding – Partner with RA 2/3/Sr to support client onboarding, including documentation collection and data entry.
• Client Servicing – Own servicing: opening/closing accounts, updating records, maintenance tasks, and BSA/AML compliance.
• Client Success – Engage managers or RA partners to address client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of banking, finance or customer service experience, or High School diploma/GED and 3 years of experience.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Client service experience in financial services or products.
• High-level familiarity with banking products.
• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills.
