Tax Senior

Excellent client interaction role in a progressive, highly profitable CPA firm with outstanding growth potential. Hybrid work schedule 1‑2 days a week in the office; must live in or relocate to Phoenix.

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals, partnerships, C‑ and S‑corporations, estates, and trusts.
• Develop year‑end tax planning strategies for individuals and corporations and stay current with tax‑code changes.
• Research and provide solutions for complex tax issues.
• Meet with clients, work independently, and think creatively in the planning process.

• 3+ years of recent public‑accounting tax experience.
• Proficient in preparing complex returns and conducting year‑end tax planning.
• Knowledge of retirement planning and multi‑state tax compliance is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, multi‑tasking, management, and PC skills.
• Ability to research and provide solutions for complex tax issues.
