Job Title: Tax Documentation Operations Associate

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Pay Rate: Up to $17.27/hr

This role supports consumer deposit account operations by reviewing, validating, and maintaining required IRS tax documentation. The position involves working with IRS Forms W-8 and W-9, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance, and contacting customers to resolve missing or expired documentation.

• Review and validate IRS Forms W-8 and W-9 for consumer deposit accounts
• Review signature cards and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Identify missing, expired, or incomplete tax forms
• Contact customers to request updated or missing documentation
• Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation tracking

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, banking, documentation review, or customer support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Exposure to banking, financial services, or back-office operations
• Familiarity with IRS forms (W-8, W-9)
• Experience handling customer documentation
