Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 10 employees, ensuring accountability and consistent performance.
- Oversee timely follow‑up on client collections and maintain clear communication with the team.
- Assist with collection calls for escalated accounts, including direct interaction with attorneys and clients.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to accounts receivable and collections.
- Develop internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency in collections efforts.
- Train and mentor new team members on systems and workflows.
- Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Experience working in a mid‑to‑large sized legal firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience with Aderant
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
