We are seeking candidates with an interest in financial planning. The Schwab Wealth Management Academy is a 15‑month rotational program that prepares you for a role in financial planning and advice within the Wealth and Advice Solutions organization. The program includes learning, on‑the‑job experience, mentorship and licensing exams.
- 4–5 months of licensing exam preparation for SIE, Series 7, and 66. Applicants must obtain all three licenses; those who already have two of them are not eligible.
- Relocation assistance may be available for candidates moving out of state.
- After licensing, you will receive training to deliver outstanding service and assist clients with trading needs.
- You’ll complete rotations in four unique Wealth & Advice Solutions businesses, gaining product knowledge and soft‑skill development through live client interactions.
- Upon graduation, you will move into a role within our Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA) Centralized Service Team, handling inbound calls from retail clients.
- Study and pass FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Learn from mentors, coaches and leaders to develop your career

- Handle inbound service/trading interactions (phone, chat, email)
