About the RoleWe’re seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to support loan processing and documentation for a high-volume mortgage services team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth potential. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, timelines, and ensuring accurate loan documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process mortgage loan files for completeness and compliance
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and properly filed
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to obtain or clarify information
- Update loan status and case information in internal systems
- Track and manage deadlines to meet processing milestones
- Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards
- 1+ year of experience in mortgage processing, loan administration, or financial services
- Strong typing and data entry skills (60+ WPM preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
