• Manage complete client lifecycle stages to achieve quality, scope, and schedule that deliver on the products and services utilized by the client. Provide technical support and assistance to clients, helping to troubleshoot, and determine how and when to elevate issues.
• Perform activities in compliance with bank policies and procedures, ensuring that documentation is accurate and properly maintained. Work on projects and initiatives focused on improving client experience, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong working relationships and act as a liaison between clients, relationship management, and TM Sales for technical and operational processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service. Facilitate the flow of information and communication between all involved parties.
• Conduct various client tracking and reporting of client data, treasury management products and new account.

• 4+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Finance (GL Management, Public Reporting, Analysis), Financial Analysis or similar field.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
