Compliance Specialist, Finance & Banking

Our client, a leader in financial compliance and risk management, is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their dedicated team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Financial Intelligence Unit supporting global financial crimes investigations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Conduct sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening using enterprise screening tools

+ Perform enhanced due diligence research on suspicious activities

+ Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure compliance

+ Assist in the investigation and documentation of financial activity

+ Support compliance efforts related to global regulations and internal policies

* + Strong attention to detail in investigation, analysis, and documentation

+ Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency in computer and internet research

+ Effective communication and excellent writing skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
