Escrow Support Processor
• Phoenix, 85037, AZ, Arizona, USA
- Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
- Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
- Perform tasks similar to those of an associate level, with slightly more complex tasks requiring greater experience and knowledge.
- Work on escrow openings and closings.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Flexible and self-motivated.
- 1-2 years of escrow processing experience is a plus.
- Must be able to follow escrow procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
