The Keller Group is looking for a Senior Accountant for our growing Phoenix based client. This role is responsible for the month end close, fixed assets, revenue recognition and more. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across departments and has a positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
• Responsible for general ledger account management, bank account reconciliations, prepaids, fixed asset tracking and accounting and revenue recognition.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Finance on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Work cross-functionally with operations teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in financial reporting
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software, databases and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
