This role provides broad leadership over all financial and accounting operations, from strategic planning to daily execution, while guiding the organization through continued growth. • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling for the organization.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash flow management.
• Support strategic direction by evaluating performance, assessing risks, and guiding key initiatives.
• Manage capital needs, banking relationships, and funding decisions to support growth.
• Ensure strong controls and compliance while developing the finance team and improving processes.

• CPA required
• Real Estate experience preferred
