Financial Systems Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize financial systems and reporting processes in a fully remote environment. This role bridges finance and technology by ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and efficient financial operations.

• Support and administer financial systems, including ERP and reporting platforms
• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Maintain system configurations, workflows, and user access controls
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to improve system performance
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and documentation
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial systems, financial analysis, or related roles
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Net Suite, SAP, Workday)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be located within the U.S. throughout employment
