LO for Hard Money Lender. Earn 55% of the Broker Commission!

This is a remote Loan Officer role with Cactus Capital, where you will have the opportunity to earn 55% of the broker commission.

As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, evaluating their needs, and guiding them through the hard money lending process. Your day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing financial qualifications, recommending loan options, and ensuring a smooth application process. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals while representing the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate investment market and hard money lending practices
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients
• Detail-oriented mindset to manage loan applications and maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools, CRM systems, and basic office software
• Previous experience in real estate, lending, or financial services is a plus
• Holding a relevant Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker license is advantageous
