Commercial Escrow Officer

AZ - Phoenix

Pay Rate: $ per hour

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the closing process of real estate transactions, and working with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure that all documentation and funds are in order.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire closing process for real estate transactions, including reviewing contracts, coordinating with lenders, ordering title searches, preparing settlement statements, and disbursing funds.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the closing process to ensure that all requirements are met and all parties are informed.
  • Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other documents to identify and resolve any issues that may affect the closing process.
  • Prepare and distribute closing documents, including deeds, mortgages, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting and compliance, to ensure that all required documentation and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
