RPM Living is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in a hybrid Phoenix office. You will deliver budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close with full P&L exposure.
You will collaborate with department heads, develop and maintain financial models in Excel and Adaptive Insights, and drive accuracy through variance analysis and reporting.
A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 1–3 years FP&A experience (multi-family a plus) are required.
