Arizona Central Credit Union isseekinga positive, ambitious, team-oriented individual to join our Mortgage Lending team.

The Mortgage Loan Originator will work with members to provide quality mortgage products to meet their needs.

• Consult with members and potential membersregardingmortgage products and applications.
• Identify member financial needs and offer a solution by cross-selling mortgage products and services that will meet those needs.
• Originate andsubmitcomplete and compliant mortgage loan applications for processing.
• Provide a mortgage products point-of-contact role for a network of branches.
• Maintain a superior working knowledge of all ACCU first mortgage and home equity mortgage products.
• Work independently and respond to inquiries within establishedtimeframes.
• Provide assistance and follow-up support for all mortgage applications until funded.
• Initiate and develop professional relationships toestablisha referral base to generateadditionalfirst mortgage business.
• Meet established mortgage origination goals includinginitiatingleads and closing referrals at an acceptable rate.
• Must be able to manage very tight deadline son a daily basis while maintaining quality work.
• Attend training/meetings/seminars to stay updated with current mortgage and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain companyvehicleand documentaccuratemileage usage when usingvehiclefor approved travel.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all business settings.

• Monday
  - Friday:9:00am - 5:30pm
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate meetings or calls with realtors.

• Experience:
  
  5 or more years of origination experience.

• Base pay plus commission.
