Finance Manager

After 38 years in business, we’re growing our finance team. We need someone who likes making a process run cleanly, from invoice to payment, and who spots what’s broken before it becomes a problem.

• The end-to-end AP process: invoice entry, coding, approvals and payment within vendor terms
• Payment timing and discount capture using AP aging reports
• Vendor setup, ACH and wire documentation, and statement reconciliations
• Monthly consignment payments and employee expense reports
• Month-end support (accruals, bank recs, journal entries) and audit documentation
• Daily cash monitoring and payroll backup coverage
• Fixing workflow bottlenecks and keeping records clean and audit-ready

• 3+ years in accounting or finance operations (retail with high-volume inventory preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication with vendors and internal teams
• Epicor experience is a big plus
