Sr Finance Analyst

As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a vital role in providing financial insights and analysis that drive strategic decision-making within the organization. Your expertise will help shape financial strategies and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet business objectives.

You will report directly to our Finance Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the Avionics GBE by delivering accurate financial forecasts, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• 4 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel and ERP systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
