Pigtails & Crewcuts is hiring for our store in the Norterra area located at 1730 W Happy Valley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85085. We are a high-end, high-volume salon that caters to kids (we also do Mom & Dad cuts). Energetic stylists who offer outstanding customer service fit into the Pigtails & Crewcuts mission of providing haircutting services and products that create a fun and memorable experience for children and parents alike.

• Provide haircutting services for children and families in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience with professionalism, warmth, honesty, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional salon environment designed to fit the needs of each child.
• Collaborate with a positive team-oriented environment and support local, family-owned salon culture.

• Cosmetology or Barber license (current).
• Enjoy working with kids and families in a fast-paced environment.
• Patience and ability to handle squirmy young customers.

Compensation: $26 - $36+ per hour (includes tips, commission, and bonuses). Sign on and loyalty bonuses as well.

Compensation details also include a guaranteed base wage, plus tips and benefits with opportunity for growth.
