About the RoleAs a Clinical Research Assistant, you excel at organization, administrative tasks, and attention to detail. You are eager to learn, prioritize patient care, and have excellent bedside manner. You are proactive, resourceful, and ready to develop your skills towards becoming a Clinical Research Coordinator. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities- Strong patient engagement and customer service skills
- Basic tech skills and quick adaptability to new platforms
- Organizational skills, possibly with personal labeling tools
- Previous medical experience, especially in ophthalmology, is a plus
- Foundational skills for a Clinical Research Coordinator role, including compliance with FDA and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Patient acquisition strategies to meet enrollment goals
- Building positive relationships with sponsors, CROs, and physicians
This role reports to the Director of Clinical Research. Local travel is required.
