Position Summary
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- The RN serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care.
- Responsibilities include evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, supporting patient goals, and ensuring safety guidelines and work practices.

- Participation in hourly rounding
- Supervision of healthcare team members while promoting safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility.
