We focus on building a culture of teamwork, learning and development. All Physical Therapists are encouraged to pursue advanced board certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy. Responsibilities- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the State of Arizona or ability to obtain a DPT license.
- Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
- Students are encouraged to apply ahead of graduation.
- CPR and first aid certification required.
