This individual will be providing outpatient counseling services to children and their families. The individual will need to be professional, friendly, a self‑starter, organized, and compassionate.

Full-Time Employment
Location: 3864 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85017
Schedule: Mon‑Fri, Full‑time
2 Days Per Week in Local Schools
$57,000+ for Associate Level Therapists
$70,000+ for Independent Licensed Therapists
- Weekly clinical supervision for associate level licensed staff***
- Reimbursement for licensure and renewals***

Position SummaryEmployee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, supervised by the Clinical Coordinator. The Board of Directors and/or President and CEO may designate other activities as needed. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include assessments and counseling for children, adolescents, transition aged youth, families, and groups. Clinician will provide treatment for both mental health and substance use needs.
Provision of services will occur out of the office in a school‑based setting or other place of service such as a family’s home and could include office based as needed. Travel is required for this position.
- Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Ability to translate knowledge into effective counseling methods.
- Ability to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Seeks supervision/consultation as appropriate.
- Treatment plans provide clear translation of needs into individual, achievable and measurable objectives.
- Child and Adolescent Clinicians:
Involvement in CFTs, collaboration with child/family, contributes to ISP process. - Record keeping:
Client’s charts are in compliance with required standards to include – progress notes are completed same day; progress notes reflect evidence‑based treatment.
