Position: National Traveling Orthotist

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a National Traveling Certified Orthotist based out of Phoenix, AZ. This is a full‑time position for someone looking for an opportunity to practice in a variety of Criminal Technologies locations across the United States
.

Travel Requirements
  • Travel to any state where we have a Cranial Technologies clinic; we are currently in 32 states and are continuing to grow.
  • Travel typically on a Monday afternoon/evening. You work in the clinic Tuesday – Friday and fly home Friday afternoon/evening. You are home every Saturday and Sunday.
  • You will travel every week, either to a local clinic or another state. We are looking for candidates close to a major airport for ease of travel booking.
  • Travel expenses are paid by Cranial Technologies, and you also receive a per diem.
Fast‑paced Environment
  • You may be in a different clinic every week, working with new teammates and building relationships across the company.
  • You will be taking over a caseload for another clinician, so you are always meeting new families.
Clinical Responsibilities

As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with Ear Well®. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions. You will develop strong relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process.

Background Preferences

We hire from various backgrounds. Experience in PT or OT with knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, infant/toddler development is an excellent fit. Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists or Certified Orthotists with hands‑on orthotic experience are also strong fits. A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required; we provide formal training and mentoring.
