Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) support the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with clinical tasks including implementing the treatment plan as prescribed, taking and completing clinical notes with data, staying current with certification requirements, and completing administrative tasks as needed. The RBT reports to their direct supervisor regarding client specific training and implementation and the Executive Director of ABA Services for general employment.
We are opening up our services to the North Phoenix area and will be starting in-home services then moving to clinic once our space is ready. We are looking for growth minded, flexible individuals that are motivated to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities- Directly implement evidence-based intervention for children with autism, under the BCBA direction.
- Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
- Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
- Participate in on-going training, evaluations, and meetings, as required.
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.
- Data collection on target behaviors and designated training goals.
- Documentation of daily progress notes for contracting source.
- Implementing behavioral interventions with the client.
- Assist clinicians in clinical duties such as making stimuli for clients.
- Working knowledge of current case status for each assigned client.
- Follow guidelines set forth for RBTs by the BACB.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass required background checks

- CPR and First Aid Certification

- Exhibit manual dexterity to navigate an iPad and computer keyboard
