LPC or LCSW (Recovery/Addiction treatment)

Base pay: $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy focused on recovery.
• Build and follow personalized treatment plans using modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and other trauma‑informed tools.
• Support individuals by reshaping their self‑perception and recovery mindset through positive psychology.

• Active state license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in running groups within PHP/IOP or residential programs.
• Experience in EMDR, TF‑CBT, Somatic, IFS, etc.
• Working knowledge of co‑occurring disorders and evidence‑based interventions.

• Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
