Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 / hr
Position SummaryThe Center Administrator is an entry‑level operations role establishing the foundation for future growth within the organization. The role is responsible for overall operational functions within the center, including cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and team support. They provide excellent customer service by demonstrating a professional disposition with all customer and team member relations over the phone and during day‑to‑day center operations.
Success MeasuresSuccess measures include meeting all expected quality and service delivery standards, complying with payer requirements, adhering to Centria policies, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics such as BT utilization, client retention, and BT retention.
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑Day Administrative Support
- Open/close center when needed.
- Greet new and existing clients and visitors; give tours when necessary.
- Complete related administrative tasks such as providing printed materials.
- Maintain center supply inventory; ensure staff has required items.
- Ensure the center is clean, attractive, and safe; report issues as needed.
- Maintain furniture and therapy equipment; arrange for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain compliance records to meet local, state, and federal mandates.
- Receive deliveries as needed.
- Ensure documentation is completed on time following Centria procedures.
- Report all critical incidents and safety concerns per payer requirements and Centria policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for therapy services.
- Ensure required company postings are displayed appropriately.
- Center Operations and Facilities Management
- Partner with the Operations Director to ensure team members adhere to best practices and punctual attendance.
- Facilitate effective communication with families and Behavior Technicians.
- Maintain client and technician schedules in the Centria EMR system.
- Serve as a go‑to person for general center–related questions.
- Ensure state and Centria guidelines and policies are followed; document and escalated incidents as necessary.
- Compliance and Training
- Complete required training and attend meetings; adhere to Centria policies and procedures.
- Participate in the agency‑wide Compliance Program.
- Follow mandated reporting, compliance, and company guidelines.
- Report violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct.
- Education High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum requirement
- Work Experience Previous experience in a customer service role
- Related Training Attend training and company in‑services as directed by leadership and compliance teams
- Equipment and Technology Requirements
- Basic computer skills and work knowledge of tablets/iPads
- Laptop
- G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
- ABA Platforms, preferred
- Other Competency Requirements
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to use computers and software programs

- Proficiency in PC software, including virtual meeting platforms
- Strong attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks

The work location varies on a case‑by‑case basis and includes a company facility or community. Physical demands include exposure to clients who may exhibit physically aggressive behavior. The employee may need to use behavior‑management techniques and exhibit agility, quick reflexes, and strength. Tasks may require standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, carrying, hearing, typing, seeing, and writing.
Ability to push, pull, lift, move, and carry objects up to 75 pounds is required.
