LPN- AL & Memory PRN

Overview

LPN - AL & Memory Support PRN needed at Beatitudes Campus

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the Comfort Matters philosophy of resident-directed care, and enrich residents’ lives through individualized care plans.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by certified caregivers, ensuring compliance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Coordinate with the AL Director and/or VP of Health Services to maintain the highest quality of care at all times.
• Report to the AL Director; this position is non-exempt from overtime.
• This is a PRN position requiring a minimum of 4 shifts worked per month.

• Education and Experience:
  
  Current/valid Arizona LPN Nursing License
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (not from an online class)
• 8 hours of dementia training/certification required
