As a Peer Support Specialist you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting, engage them in services designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self‑sufficiency in living, learning, social and work environments.

8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.

• Conducting intakes for new patients, developing individualized ISPs and providing orientation to the program.
• Physical walkthrough and explanation of the expectations and requirements of the program for new patients.
• Conducting contacts at least twice weekly to assess ongoing needs and make adjustments to the treatment plan progress and goals.
• Connecting the client with appropriate community resources and supports, including outpatient medical, child‑care, employment, education, housing, and behavioral health supports and services.
• Educating and supporting the client through reintegration into the community, being successful in employment, and obtaining permanent housing.
